EV 9/21: Lots of tossups

The McPalin bounce is officially over. Look at all the states that moved within a polling margin of error this past week: NV, CO, WI, OH, PA, NH, and FL. New Mexico flipped red to blue.

There is no clear favorite now, 45 or so days from Election Day, and 5 days before the first presidential debate.
