Chicken Taco Catering Toons


The week's news item regarding T-Baby's tactical retreat from the Mideast gave the world's cartoonists all the inspiration they needed.

If the president is hiding in another plane -- leaving the Secretaries of State, Treasury, and the WH press to bear the risk of being shot down by the Iranians; a risk deemed not credible but still one he wouldn't take -- then the military conflict is obviously going very badly.


Which brings us to the USS Lincoln and depleted missile stockpiles.


General Dynamics had a contract worth a half-billion dollars to deliver bombshells to Ukraine and failed to produce a single one because its Turkish robots were, in a word, stooges.
In breaking surveillance news, ICE got a new weapon.


Oh, and among other space phenomena -- planets aligning, Perseids streaking -- there was a total eclipse in parts of western Europe.


No alien sightings that I know of.
