In some ways, this humor is inherently unfair. I mean, if you were a candidate for president, what would do? Insult the locals by refusing to eat yummy corndogs out of an unhealthy squeamishness over adolescent innuendo? Try eating the dog from the middle, thereby confirming your own frigidity? Personally, I think they should "wrap" their corndogs in a tortilla, thus adding a message of subliminal endorsement for social responsibility onto their photo ops.
