Sesame Street has a character named Donald Grump, a Grouch who hoards stinky piles of trash and has a fragile ego. https://t.co/TSPtrB9Jkr

In case you missed it, there's been a substantial propaganda campaign from MAGA elites to convince the masses that Trump's destructive economic policies will make men more "masculine". The dialogue coming from the TV in the first panel of this cartoon is taken directly from a Fox chyron: "TRUMP'S TARIFFS WILL MAKE YOU A MAN?"
The Blue generals still don't seem up to the task.

David Hogg's imminent expulsion from the DNC for challenging the status quo is one same old thing; Bernie and AOC's "fight the oligarchy" tour and candidate recruiting effort is nothing but a classic sheepdog maneuver: run on the D line for ballot access and the millions of lemmings who will vote for those losers but call yourself an independent -- like him -- so you can criticize the party's failings while benefiting from its (diminishing) tradition. Yes, Sanders actually does run indy; that's part of his charade, and once upon a time he was a bit of a socialist, but if you believe that now, I have some "Israel Has a Right to Defend Itself" signs and a factory of F-35 parts in Vermont to sell you.CHUCK SCHUMER: We sent him [Trump] a very strong letter just the other day.

Cartoonish (actually meme-ish) developments from the Texas Lege ...NBC News - 4/27/2025 - @BernieSanders asked is his call to run outside the Democratic Party (as an independent) a call for a Third Party

Farewell Ruth Buzzi. 💔 Extraordinary comedienne. I loved her work on "Laugh In" and fondly remember her as Dom DeLuise’s silent assistant on "The Mike Douglas Show," "The Dean Martin Show," and many musical variety shows of the late '60s. She was hilarious and such a pro. pic.twitter.com/2TfNMTUJFh
