"Descartes Before the Whores" Funnies

Thanks to David Rothkopf for the header (and your medium-length read).

The Funnies are not very this week, and not because March Madness devolved to April Fools, or because Democrats still believe they don't have to do anything but watch Trump implode in order to retake control, or even because the the genocide in Palestine proceeds frenetically as blue-pilled Americans rally for 'Hands Off' while waving Ukrainian flags.

Much of the world understands that we've about a decade or so to adjust to -- not avoid -- catastrophic climate change, and that continuing to pillage the Earth's resources for more war matériel, expanding the global surveillance network, and sucking up to the plutocrats only hastens our demise. In America we're cheering those who encourage grabbing as much money as we can with both fists. "Buy the dip". "This is a great time to get rich, richer than ever before". In all caps.

No War But Class War. Here's the cartoons.

I support tariffs, applied properly to favor American workers. I'm not a free trader. Bill Clinton's NAFTA cost this country good jobs and livable wages. What Trump is doing is disastrous however, and anyone who's taken Econ 101 understands that his attempts to remake the global economy will fail miserably.

If this nation is going to survive in the short term, we will have to fight for our friends and neighbors before they are disappeared. Else we will disappear. Holding up a sign that reads 'Due Process' isn't resistance enough.

There's the price of eggs, and then there's the price of eggs.
Don't mean to be a spoilsport. Congrats to the Houston Coogs.

Sunday 'Antisocial Insecurity' Funnies

I did like "WhiskiLeaks" (this spelling) also.
The mockery of the absurdity duly noted, another undeclared war on a poverty-stricken Middle Eastern nation -- not a proxy war this time -- marks yet another war crime for Washington.
We Americans are better off than the Palestinians, the Syrians, and the Yemenis because we aren't being bombed, but Trump's intensifying psychological domestic terrorism has even some MAGA questioning their devotion.

Not this guy yet.

Finishing today with the 'strangest' collection from Deep-In-The-Hearta.
